I’m quite predicable when it comes to nail varnish colours as it’s always been red but decided to go with something completely different and have to say I’m loving the deep purple.

Carrot cake decorated to look like a log slice using a buttercream finish. Edible moss, ivy, small flowers, mushrooms and ladybirds were also added.

Lego “lumberjack” and woodland animals were supplied by the customer.

I did a mock up

Love love love my nails 💕💕💕

I have had them done for a special event I will be attending at the weekend (more about that later).

A simple yet elegant cake displayed @rowton.castle

The bottom and top tiers have a smooth buttercream finish, with a clear acrylic spacer used as the middle tier.

Busy weekend with final preparations being made for the Open Days @hencoteweddings and @rowton.castle tomorrow where I will be supplying a display cake for each.
